Dr. Patrick Buras. I'm 36 years of age. I hold a Master's degree in Education and a Ph.D of Philosophy in Religion. In addition to this in 1999 I was conferred with the honorary Doctor's of Divinity degree. Our Church has 1000+ members world wide from the east coast of the United States to the Philippines Islands. Our faith is called Universal because we have many partners from all over the world and we know that the heavens hear our prayers through our powerful membership of so many Bible faith members. The reason for our building this web site was to give you the visitor, the chance to see first hand who are and the chance to join our new powerful faith movement. Helping God's Homeless Children.
The Universal Church of Christ has two goals. The First is to teach the word of God. Our other goal is to help the poor urban homeless children of the Philippines. We understand that the homeless problem is greater then most can handle but, like our other powerful ideas we feel that the answer to for ending world hunger is right in front of us and we feel that faith comesin different sizes but, the question is how BIG is your faith? Church Goals.
Our primary goal of the Universal Church of Christ is Teaching the word of God as we said above But, Because we understand that it's not easy for anyone to listen and have a open heart when they lay in dirth streets hungry and cold. Because of this, we feel the best chance to change hearts for Jesus and put hope into a young childs future is giving them a hope for that future. Just to be-able sleep in a safe warm bed with a meal (not found in some trash bin)and basic medical care would make all the difference in the world to bring hope. Who Are We & What We Do?
By learning who we are, you will then know what we do. We are a team of Churches that may differ in some areas of understanding God's word but, over all find that through the love of Jesus Christ we share the same basic goals. And that is to Teach God's words using the Holy Bible and Helping the poorest homeless children of southeast Asia. Our Faith and main office is based in the Philippines and we have offices in Manila, Cebu, Leyte island and even the United States. We are a fast growning Church and we offer all Christians to Join. All we ask for is your support, prayers and ideas. As a member, we put you on our mailing list and then your a important part of our Church family of faith. Our Church is 100% Bible based you will read that our views are strong in many areas however, even if our ideas and Doctrine differ we still welcome you as a Christian to join our Church because that's what our Church is about. It's our goal to unite (Christians) through Churches to worship our saver Jesus Christ.

The Holy Bible, Behind the Scenes!!!
Over the years the Holy Text has been studied by countless theologians, ministers, denominations and sects, all using the "Inspired Scriptures" to prove their conflicting doctrines. Have you ever asked the question, why do so many translators disagree over Greek and Hebrew meanings? Should't this Holy Text that was "divinely inspired" by our God be as clear as possible? The answer is, Yes, It should! And that's what sets the Universal Church Of Christ apart from the rest. Our Church is based on Faith and Facts that are found in Scripture and we know that you may have questions about the Bible or some Scripture verse and we are happy to give you our view on it. The Universal Church Of Christ has in it's bylaws that any given question about the Holy Bible or God's word must have an answer. The reason for this is found in Paul's writings. Paul said, "God is not the author of confusion". So, because we believe the Holy Bible we convey hundreds of hours of study, prayer and Bible study on just one given subject until an answer is found.
